Returns & Refunds We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Because our products ship directly from our suppliers, we do not require you to ship items back. Instead, simply contact us at kokettez54321@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo clearly showing the issue
Once reviewed, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method or store credit — your choice. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
Non-Returnable Items The following are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Items returned without prior approval
- Custom or personalized orders
Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in processing with our supplier and cannot be cancelled.
